In the Championship, Super Eagles midfielder Wilfred Ndidi scored his second league goal of the season as Leicester City cruise to a 4-0 home win over Plymouth Argyle on Saturday. Ndidi scored Leicester City’s 4th goal of the game in the 55th minute. He has now recorded four goals with five assists in all competitions this season.

In Scotland, Nigerian striker Cyriel Dessers scored his fifth league goal of the season for Rangers in their 3-1 win over Dundee United on Saturday. Dessers equalised for his team in the 20th minute after Amadou Bakayoko had put Dundee in front. The Super Eagles strike has now recorded seven goals with two assists in all competitions this season.

In the Italian Serie A, Nigerian forward Ademola Lookman scored twice as Atalanta defeated Samuel Chukwueze’s AC Milan 3-2 in a thrilling Serie A clash at the Gewiss Stadium on Saturday night. Lookman broke the deadlock in the 38th minute, but Olivier Giroud equalised for the AC Milan in first half stoppage time.
Lookman put Atalanta back in front 10 minutes after the break, as he fired into the roof of the net from six yards after he was set up by Charles De Ketelaere. The Nigeria international has now scored six goals and provided two assists in 16 league appearances for La Dea this season.
