The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has declared the position of the Super Eagles head coach vacant following the expiration of the contract of Jose Peseiro at the end of AFCON in Ivory Coast.
With the departure of the Portuguese who led Nigeria to second place at the 2023 African Cup of Nations, the Nigeria football governing body is out shopping for a replacement. Also declared vacant is the position of the U17, Golden Eaglets’ Head Coach.
In an advertisement on its website calling for applications, the NFF stated the prospective Super Eagles coach “must have proven experience at the elite level of football.”

Requirements:
– Adequate experience at developing and coaching youth football
-Ability to motivate and help players improve
-Must possess a CAF license B Coaching Certificate.
