Borussia Dortmund have qualified for the Champions League final after beating Paris Saint-Germain 1-0 at the Parc des Princes to secure a 2-0 aggregate win over the French side.
PSG had the task of overturning a slim first-leg deficit, but were constantly denied by the woodwork, striking the post and crossbar a combination of four times in total.
35-year-old centre-back Mats Hummels scored the decisive goal to make Dortmund the first team in the final as the Bundesliga side stunned to set-up a Champions League title decider against either Bayern Munich or Real Madrid.
Bayern and Real are in the second semi-final and the first leg ended 2-2 in Germany, with the second leg in Spain on Wednesday.
Dortmund are aiming to become European champions for the second time in their history after they defeated Juventus 3-1 in the 1997 final.
The final will go down at Wembley Stadium on Saturday, 1 June, and could be an all-German affair, just as it was in May 2013 when Bayern Munich beat Dortmund 2-1 in London.
