Nigeria’s representative in the 2024/25 CAF Champions League, Enugu Rangers claimed a 1-0 away victory over US Zilimadjou of Comoros in the preliminary round of the CAF Champions League on Sunday.
Frank Uwumiro scored the only goal of the game in the 22nd minute, to earn the Nigerian champions a vital away first leg victory.
The reverse fixture will hold next week Sunday at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo.
