The Arsenal winger has not been able to take part in training since reporting for international duty. Saka had reported to St George’s Park earlier in the week with an injury.
A statement read: “Bukayo Saka has left the England camp and returned to his club for continued rehabilitation.”
The Three Lions of England will lock horns with Brazil at Wembley on Saturday before hosting Belgium at the national stadium on 26 March.
Arsenal return to action after the international break with a top-of-the-table clash against Manchester City at the Etihad on March 31.
